Job Description
Orbital Software is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least an Intermediate qualification and be capable of operating a computer to provide data and perform defined tasks as per documented instructions.
Key responsibilities include monitoring system operations, communicating with clients, generating reports, troubleshooting malfunctions, and maintaining confidentiality of client information. Applicants should be attentive to detail and able to respond to internal inquiries regarding computer-related issues.
This is a full-time position suitable for freshers. Compensation ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. The work location is in person.
