Job Description
HR Force International is seeking proactive and goal-oriented Customer Acquisition Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, establishing strong relationships, and initiating the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outreach via LinkedIn and email.
- Qualify leads and create a robust pipeline.
- Schedule demos with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless transitions.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
