Job Description
Join Blink Estudio as a Customer and Chat Support Representative! In this role, you will engage with customers, providing exceptional service through social media platforms, email, text messages, and phone calls. You will be responsible for managing the complete order process, monitoring inventory levels, and efficiently handling returns.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, excellent English communication skills, and a strong understanding of cosmetics. Familiarity with website management and logistics is crucial for success in this position.
This position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. The salary ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
