Job Description
ASK Development, a distinguished telecommunications company, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Executive. The chosen applicant will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous service during customer calls.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process customer orders and payments efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 6 months of customer service experience is required; candidates must be based in Islamabad.
