Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Care Executive in Karachi to support a leading telecom company’s banking helpline. Compensation: Rs37,00–45,00/month plus performance-based incentives.
- Key duties: professionally handle inbound customer calls; resolve inquiries and complaints; process orders and payments; update and maintain accurate account records.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months’ experience in banking customer service (CSR). Experience with Easypaisa or JazzCash campaigns preferred.
