Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi.
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduate from a reputable university.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center is required.
Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month with performance-based incentives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
Work from home option is available after six months based on performance.
