Job Description
Dost Solutions is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications: high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), strong communication skills, and customer service experience. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
