Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Emaan Printers. The ideal candidate will manage daily communications with clients regarding their orders, requiring excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send detailed order confirmation emails.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Resolve client concerns related to orders.
- Maintain organized records of communications and orders.
Location: Sadat Colony near Amperio Mall, GT Road Wah Cantt Taxila
Timing: 9am to 5pm
Salary: Rs20,00 to Rs25,00 per month
