Job Description
Enpower Engineering & Services is looking for a dedicated individual to join our Customer Care Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting follow-up calls to clients to gather feedback after job completion.
- Providing information about our services to both new and existing clients.
- Responding to calls from existing clients concerning site or generator issues and promptly reporting these to the services manager.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
