Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Providing answers to customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center (UK-based experience preferred)
- Salary: Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shifts: Rotational (morning, evening, night) with work-from-home options after probation
