Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Communication Executive to enhance our customer interactions at The First Law. This role involves responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless communication experience across various channels.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for customer queries via email, phone, live chat, and social media. Coordinate with internal teams, gather feedback, and support customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements: Proven background in customer service and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is preferred.
