Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Service team at Ibex. In this pivotal role, you will embody our brand’s voice, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience for customers through various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, identifying areas for improvement, and working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and demonstrate strong communication skills.
This is a full-time position with a contract duration of 6 months, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs75,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
