Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner. If you have 1-2 years of experience in the telecom industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this position is perfect for you. Your role will involve performing high-quality installations, repairs, and troubleshooting at various customer locations. Owning a bike is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure telecom connections.
- Troubleshoot and repair network issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Compensation:
- Salary Package: 32,00 PKR (Basic) + Commission
