Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to cultivate strong client relationships, promptly address inquiries, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will maintain high satisfaction and retention through clear communication and CRM-driven follow-up.
- Responsibilities: handle incoming calls and emails, document interactions in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams, and report service trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of customer service experience, CRM proficiency, excellent communication, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail.
