Job Description
Smart Resources SMC-Pvt.Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. The responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data for marketing campaigns.
- Track leads through the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
- Create and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain databases using VLOOKUP for consistency.
Office Location: D-12 Islamabad
Office Timing: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs75,00.00 per month
