Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer (Part-time) to join our team at Abacus Outsourcing. This is an onsite job with fixed afternoon timings from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow established communication procedures and guidelines.
Requirements: Intermediate or fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; experience in international customer support is a plus. Pay ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
