Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Representative to manage customer service inquiries for our international clients via phone and email. Your main responsibilities include identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction while adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries for international clients.
- Identify and assess customer needs.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in international customer support is a plus.
- Flexibility for shifts (priority for females in the morning).
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
