Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
- Working as a Customer Services Sales Agent
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Communication: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer dealing; preferred experience with UK-based companies
- Salary: Rs37,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00
- Medical Insurance: Free medical coverage
Shift Details: Rotational shifts for males (morning, evening, night); females work morning shifts. Work from home option available after probation.
