Job Description
We are seeking both FRESH & Experienced Call Center Representatives for FULL SHIFTS. The ideal candidate will take ownership of resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Follow communication “scripts” for various topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and verbal English skills with active listening
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities
