Job Description
Join our team at Nextgen BPO as a Customer Sales Representative Intern in Satellite Town Rawalpindi Division. In this full-time on-site role, you’ll manage customer inquiries and promote our safety training programs and services. Your day-to-day tasks will include chatting with customers, providing support, and identifying solutions that meet their needs.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategies and contributing insights. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is experience with CRM tools like Salesforce. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
