Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic female Customer Sales Representative to enhance our team. In this essential position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, converting leads, upselling services, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Promote appropriate services and packages.
- Follow up on leads to improve conversion rates.
- Record daily appointments and client feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing team.
