Job Description
The Nexus Solutions is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Sales Representative. You will provide exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring maximum satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels promptly and professionally.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of our products to assist customers accurately.
- Handle orders, returns, and exchanges smoothly.
Location: Near PIA Road
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month, plus commission and perks.
Timings: 2 PM to 10 AM
