Job Description
Smart Brains Technologies is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our ACA and MVA team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with inquiries, claims processing, and general support related to their ACA coverage.
Qualifications:
- Good/Excellent Communication Skills
- Preferred six months of experience
- Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Ability to work night shifts
