Job Description
Urgently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for a Lahore-based garments company. Location: Ferozepur Road near Gajjumata, Lahore. Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary: Market competitive (From Rs50,00 per month).
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English and strong communication skills
- 3–5 years’ experience preferred (garments industry advantageous)
- Professional, empathetic customer service approach
Key duties include responding promptly to inquiries across channels, resolving complaints, processing orders and records, product knowledge, and suggesting improvements to customer service processes.
