Job Description
Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center is looking for a well-organized individual to fill the role of Customer Services Manager + Cashier at the Avenue Mall Farooq Hospital DHA branch. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations by guiding patients, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling cash transactions, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records in our Billing Software. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and previous experience in administrative roles.
