Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Grand City Developing Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all matters related to Green Palm customers, supervising daily and monthly collections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, preparing reports for senior management, and leading the Customer Service Department staff to maintain high standards of customer care. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
