Job Description
An Nafay Associates is seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Korangi (in person). The incumbent will resolve customer complaints and warranty cases via phone and WhatsApp, manage after-sales activities (spare parts and repairs), record and track complaints, assign jobs to field technicians, arrange parts and collect payments, and recommend upsell services to support retention.
- Requirements: minimum intermediate qualification, 2 years of after-sales experience, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, excellent customer service skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Compensation: Rs30,00–50,00 per month.
