Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle daily customer calls, respond to inquiries, address queries via WhatsApp, manage support tickets, approve product listings, confirm orders, and effectively resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
