Job Description
Fun City Pakistan is excited to invite dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to apply for the position of Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional service by providing accurate information about our rides and games while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, promoting additional products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required. We offer flexible shifts, including morning hours (10 AM – 6 PM) and evening hours (3 PM – 11 PM, 4 PM – 12 AM).
