Job Description
Hcm International is seeking a committed Customer Service Officer to become a vital part of our team. Ideal candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and identify as non-Muslim.
As a Phone Banking Officer, your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining response rates, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will also be expected to expand your product knowledge, fulfill additional assigned tasks, and participate in training sessions. Upholding the confidentiality of both customer and company information is of utmost importance.
