We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Officer to oversee daily operations, provide assistance to employees with their inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English communication skills, proficient data management abilities, and strong problem-solving skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
