Job Description
Al-Nafay Commodities Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will listen to customers’ concerns and questions, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude while addressing complaints. Your responsibilities include opening new customer accounts, promoting our products positively, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.
Additionally, you will gather and prepare reports on customer interactions and refer complex issues to management when necessary. We are looking for someone who can attract and retain customers through exceptional service.

Pay: Rs35,00.00 per month
