Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00
Shift: Rotational shifts for males; morning shift for females; work from home available after probation
