Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Follow up with the Operations team on fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults.
- Execute special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate. Experience: Fresher or 1 year in a UK-based call center. Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month, plus incentives.
Shift: Rotational (males) or morning shift (females). Location: Lahore.
