Job Description
ATU Logistics is on the lookout for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phase 6, DHA, Lahore. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of Rs 50,00, with opportunities to earn up to Rs 100,00 through performance-based commissions.
The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding English communication skills along with a foundational understanding of logistics services. Responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, delivering service information, processing requests, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Ideal qualifications encompass strong customer service abilities and a proven capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Office hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
