Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will handle 600-800 incoming calls, focus on qualifying interested customers, and transfer calls to appropriate agents as needed.
Shift Timings (NIGHT SHIFT): 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements: Good English skills, laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Compensation: Weekly commission + retention bonuses. Pay: Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
