Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. This full-time position is a night shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
Compensation: Basic salary plus bonuses, ranging from Rs 15,00.00 to Rs 25,00.00 per month.
Requirements: Proficient English, a laptop with Windows 10, a good quality headset, and internet speed of at least 15 Mbps.
Experience: 1 year as a Call Center Agent required.
