Perfect communication in English is required; a Bachelor’s degree is necessary. (IELTS below 8 is not acceptable)
Job Purpose:
The Experienced Customer Service Professional will manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role emphasizes strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Utilize active listening to understand customer needs.
- Build rapport by demonstrating empathy.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Handle complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
