Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Attend incoming calls landing on UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
2. Maintain a log of complaints and queries accordingly.
3. Route complaints to the relevant departments or teams.
4. Respond to complaints within the turnaround time (TAT).
Ability to commute/relocate:
