Job Description
Chahal Travels is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic inbound call center team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a strong customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with accurate information.
- Resolve concerns and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Document interactions accurately.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
