Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Ensure exceptional service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and grace.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, billing, and troubleshooting.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
Salary: Rs 25,00 per month
