Job Description
We at Crossnotch Firm are excited to invite both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional support. Your role will also involve gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience with Avatar is preferred.
- Basic English proficiency and excellent listening skills.
- Ability to use Soundboard (Avatar) software.
- Comfortable handling 600-800 calls daily.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability.
- Motivated and sales-driven; night shift availability is a must.
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month

Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
