Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as SB (Avatar) Agents at Crossnotch Firm. You will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualify potential customers, and connect them with the right agents based on their needs.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening.
- A laptop with Windows 10 or higher.
- A quality headset.
- Stable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Strong active listening, multitasking, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets.
Shift Timings: Night shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (including breaks).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
