Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support while gathering feedback to enhance our offerings.
Requirements: Good English skills, a laptop, quality headset, and reliable internet (10-15 Mbps). Must handle 600-800 calls daily and be available for night shifts.
