Job Description
Location: Cross Notch, 4th Floor, Rania Mall, Saddar, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift (6 PM – 4 AM) – Monday to Friday
Salary: 30,00 – 35,00 PKR + Bonus, Commission, and Other Incentives
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience. You must handle inquiries, maintain professionalism, and document interactions.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, a willingness to work night shifts, and strong problem-solving abilities.
