Job Description
The Resource Management BPO is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products and services.
- Document interactions and feedback in the system.
- Assist in training new staff.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Flexible with rotating shifts.
Rotational Shifts: 3 PM to 12 AM & 9 PM to 6 AM
