Job Description
D360T Connects seeks a formal, customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative for in-person night shifts (Mon–Sat): 7:00 PM–4:00 AM or 8:00 PM–5:00 AM. Compensation includes a fixed basic salary of Rs50,00 plus performance bonuses (total Rs50,00–Rs100,00/month).
Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries using Google Sheets and CRM, maintain professional conduct, and support night-shift operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates must be fluent in American English with a U.S. accent. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should be comfortable working night hours and cooperating effectively with team members.
