Job Description
Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution, an INBOUND Customer Service Provider serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe! We are available 24/7 and are looking for dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably with US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties: Respond to inquiries via email, live chat, and phone. Handle complaints and daily processes while attending trainings and team meetings. Collaborate effectively with your team.
Requirements: Excellent English skills, fluency with a neutral accent, and good typing capabilities are essential.
Compensation: Competitive salary of Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00, performance bonuses, and medical insurance.
