Job Description
Location: Valencia Town, Lahore
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)
Availability: 6 Days a Week (Rotating Offs)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs150,00 per month (commensurate with experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our night shift team as Customer Service Representatives. You will provide exceptional support via phone, chat, and email. Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Zendesk, is essential.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in customer service.
