Job Description
Dot Clinics is seeking a dedicated Male Customer Support Specialist to assist our patients with clinic timings, treatments, and procedures while resolving queries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Identify and address patient concerns accurately.
- Schedule appointments and update statuses daily.
- Communicate with doctors for unresolved queries.
- Follow up with patients for ongoing treatments.
